I went into the dentist with an infected wisdom tooth on a Friday and Elk River Family Dentistry got me in the next day to get it removed. I was extremely nervous but they answered all of my questions thoroughly. Any concerns I had were addressed in a caring but also professional matter. Will be going back in the future to get my others removed when needed!

The dentist office is great at scheduling appointments and reminders. They do not screw up on billing like our old dentist did. The staff are friendly and do not run late getting patients to the chair.

I have been going to Elk River Family Dentistry my entire life (24 yo) and can't imagine going anywhere else! The receptionists are extremely helpful and friendly, most of the hygienists are very gentle, and the dentists knowledgeable! I have had cavities filled and wisdom teeth removed, all with no issues. Even while away for college (6 years) and after moving to the cities, I am willing to drive to this dentist. Quality care from people you can trust (and I am not one of those people that LOVE the dentist).

Elk River family dentistry is a great experience for both myself and my son. Each time I had appointments I was greeted professionally by the friendly front desk staff. Pam, the dental assistant each time I visit is always very friendly. Shari, the dental hygienist is always kind and caring, making my visit a great experience. My Dentist, Dr. Truchon always informative of my dental health with a great chair side manner. My dentist Dr. Truchon is a dental professional who makes every dental visit informative with the best care I have ever experienced with a dentist. The dental administrative staff at Elk River Family Dentistry are always willing to assist in billing questions, payment arrangements and appointments. Just had my first appointment and I can’t say enough good things about this office. Everyone is so nice and welcoming - I was welcomed to the practice multiple times by multiple people! My hygienist (Tawnya) was wonderful as was my visit with Dr. Truchon. Chris checked me out and scheduled me for next time. Absolute Five Star operation!

Elk River Dentistry is a great place to go! You never feel like a number, the entire staff is friendly, kind and supportive. They have been on time for me when ever I have an appointment and will call to see if I can come in earlier if they have openings. You are aware up front how much the procedures will cost and they do an excellent job in taking payments. I highly recommend this office!

This office is the best I’ve been to in 50 plus years!! I had horrible experiences prior to trying this one and am so relieved to know I finally have a trustworthy and caring team for my dental needs. I kid you not that when I first came to their office I literally shook the whole chair assembly that I sat in. So I tried the gas and that helped, and now I go in with no anxiety at all. I've been receiving dental care from Elk River Family Dentistry for many years, and I won't go anywhere else. The reception is AWESOME (shout out to Robin, who is such a sweetheart), and I opt to receive convenient text reminders for my appointments. The dental hygienists are friendly, knowledgeable and act genuinely interested in my dental concerns. Nancy is my favorite! The dentist is hilarious -- great personality and sense of humor. The banter among staff members is also very entertaining, and it's a seamless experience every time. Thank you!

I’m terrified of going to the dentist. ERFD has always made sure that I am comfortable and relaxed before starting anything! Down to bringing me a soft fuzzy blanket (that is what comforts me). They are so friendly and patient. I would recommend them to anyone but especially if you have a fear of the dentist. The people at Elk River Family Dentistry are wonderful and professional and will take good care of you.
