Elk River Family Dentistry is a Humana Medicare Provider dental clinic and all of our Dentists are in network for Humana Medicare.
Many insurance plans allow patients to go outside of their network. Contact your insurance if it is not listed above, and depending on your coverage, we may be able to see you outside of network at no additional cost. Our specialists are independently contracted with insurance companies and coverage varies per provider.
