We work with many dental health care plans. Some plans limit a patient's choice of providers.  Your coverage is dependent on your individual policy.  Please check to see if your insurance has any types of limitations prior to your dental visit to elminate any surprises.  As a courtesy, we are pleased to make submissions to your insurer, and we request you provide us your current insurance card at each visit.
